Prices and availability may change. An item shown online may sell out or be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in the currency indicated on the product page and may not include all taxes or duties that apply to your order.

Orders and payment

Placing an item in your bag does not reserve it. An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price is listed incorrectly, or we cannot process payment. Payment is taken through Shopify checkout and the payment methods offered there.

Shipping

Shipping options, timeframes, and costs are described at checkout and may vary by destination. Any estimated delivery dates are indicative only. Risk of loss typically passes according to the carrier’s and Shopify’s standard checkout terms once an order is handed over for delivery. Customs charges, if they apply, are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.

Returns and refunds

If we offer returns or exchanges, the details (including eligible items, time limits, and condition requirements) will be published on the site or provided with your order. This starter text does not create a specific returns guarantee. Please contact customer care if you need help with an order.

The Sirené name, website design, text, photographs, and other content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute site content for commercial purposes without permission.
